GNC 2014

PROBLEM: Moovweb was in the process of acquiring GNC as a client. Our team chose to evaluate their current desktop website and make suggestions on simple edits and changes that would convert more sales.

RESEARCH: As a team, we reviewed their website and made suggestions such as simplifying their navigation, creating more white space, and changing their call-to-action button a different color so that it would stand out. At the time, all of their colors were just shades of red, we suggested that they change their CTA button to green to give it more visibility along with the data that it increased conversions by 34%

PROCESS: For our meeting with GNC, I prepared some designs of some of their pages to illustrate examples of our suggestions. This product page shows the clear add to cart button and more white space around the product along with some different placements that could be utilized for their Gold Card members.

RESULTS: Upon their approval, we moved forward with the account and made additional suggestions for their mobile and tablet sites. One of my designs showed a simplified dropdown menu and large search bar.

We were able to provide real results with the changes we had made and for the time that I was at Moovweb, they were happy clients.
