Born in California and raised in Hong Kong, Robyn Kwok brings an equal balance of Western and Asian culture into her work. Currently a senior at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Robyn dabbled in a bit of every media, however, chose to focus and further her abilities on illustration, digital illustration as well as graphic design.

Presently she resides in an artist studio / apartment building on the cusp of Wicker Park and Humboldt Park in Chicago. She gains inspiration and gathers information from modern lifestyle and pop culture for her art. The best way to describe her method of working is “creative chaos” and “focused distractions”, whether it be sitting on the couch working on her computer while the television is on or drawing away on her cluttered desk.
